YESFUN® LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy (collectively, the “Terms”), govern the YESFUN® loyalty program and the membership card thereof.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, participation in contests, sweepstakes or other services may be governed by specific terms and conditions that extend or replace, in relation to said contest, sweepstakes or service, these Conditions.
1. Companies responsible for the YESFUN® loyalty program:
The following companies are jointly responsible for the YESFUN® program and will be referred to hereinafter as the “Management Companies.”

2. Adherence to the program
Joining the YESFUN® loyalty program will be done exclusively in person at the YESFUN® program information points (the “YESFUN® Corners”) of the establishments of the Managing Companies (the “Casinos”):
- Casino Barcelona, located at Calle Marina, 19-21, 08005, Barcelona.
- Casino Perelada, located on Sant Joan street, S/N, 17491, Peralada.
- Casino Tarragona, located at Rambla Vella, 2, 43003,Tarragona.
To do so, you must fill out a registration form with truthful information and accept these Conditions.
3. Requirements and admissibility:
Individuals over 18 years of age who have a valid means of electronic communication (such as email) through which we can communicate with you (hereinafter, the “Member” or “YESFUNNER”, or their respective plurals) may join the YESFUN® program.
All YESFUNNERS will have a YESFUN® card. As per company policy, this card will not be sent to the Member’s home address under any circumstances, so it must be collected in person at the Casinos.
Final acceptance into the YESFUN® program will not take place until the YESFUN® card has been obtained and the Member has been correctly identified by means of a recognized identity document with a photograph and date of birth (DNI or passport).
Those persons who are part of the self-exclusion or prohibited files, as well as those who, for any reason, have limited access to the Casinos, will not be able to belong to the YESFUN® program.
Likewise, employees, agencies, suppliers or direct or indirect collaborators involved in the design, operation or promotion of the program may not take part in the program; persons belonging to public and/or private organizations who, due to their position, could be considered to enjoy advantages in terms of participation or obtaining and exchanging points; or the direct family members of all of the above, as long as the indicated conditions are met.
4. Account and card ownership and responsibility
The Member who owns the YESFUN® account and card will be the sole beneficiary of the points and benefits offered by the YESFUN® program and card. The accumulation of points on another Member’s card is not permitted, nor may the card be used for the purchase or consumption of another customer or Member.
Likewise, only the Member who holds the YESFUN® card will be responsible for its correct use.
5. Advantages of the YESFUN® program
By joining the YESFUN® loyalty program, YESFUNNERS can benefit from a series of advantages associated with their Member status, for the duration of the program.
These advantages may consist of:
- YESFUN® Points & Rewards. The earning and accumulation of points to be subsequently redeemed according to the conditions established by the Managing Companies.
- YESFUN® Benefits. Benefits in the form of discounts and/or promotions on services and products offered by the Management Companies and other companies of the Peralada Group, as well as by third-party companies, which will be managed through the VIPDISTRICT platform. The discounts offered by the VIPDISTRICT platform will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of VIPDISTRICT, SL and YESFUN® is not responsible for the unavailability, expiration or lack of operation of these discounts and/or promotions.
- YESFUN® Pay. The option to open a MACCORP payment account. If the YESFUNNER decides, voluntarily, to activate his/her YESFUN® Pay payment account, he/she must go to any of the Casinos and complete the registration process in person. This process is separate from the registration process as a YESFUNNER and, in any case, the operation of this payment account will be fully managed by MACCORP EXACT CHANGE, ENTIDAD DE PAGO, SA, a company duly registered in the Registry of Payment Entities of the Bank of Spain.
6. Accumulation of points:
Points can be earned through various activities, including membership in the YESFUN® program, visits to the Group’s Casinos, and activity in the gaming, hospitality, and events and experiences sectors offered by the Group’s Casinos.
YESFUNNERS can consult the conversion table at any time on the YESFUN® program website, available at (≪ www.yesfun.app ≫) and in the YESFUN® App.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, depending on the loyalty shown by the YESFUNNER to the Management Companies, the latter may apply different multipliers, which will allow frequent Casino Members to obtain a greater number of points. The list of multipliers is dynamic and may vary depending on the time or season.
Points will be accumulated in the Member’s account the day after the event that generated them, so it is not possible to accumulate and redeem the same points simultaneously.
7. Redemption of points:
Points can be exchanged for prizes in kind, experiences and drinks in the hotel facilities of the group’s Casinos.
To do so, YESFUNNERS must identify themselves in the manner required on each occasion to exchange and/or pay with their points, as well as to obtain discounts and promotions. The value of a point is €0.01 (100 points = €1), regardless of the YESFUNNER’s loyalty (unlike the accumulation of points, there are no multipliers for the exchange of YESFUN® Points for YESFUN® Rewards).
As indicated in the previous point, points can only be redeemed from the day after they have been earned.
In the event of an incident in the exchange of points, the Member must send an email to the address hola@yesfun.app, providing their personal data and the incident suffered.
8. Expiration of points:
Accumulated and unused points will expire when at least 365 days have passed since your last visit to any of the Casinos.
YESFUNNERs will be able to check their current points balance at YESFUN® Corners and in the YESFUN® App.
Likewise, to the extent possible, the Management Companies will notify YESFUNNER of the upcoming expiration of the points in their account, without this implying any obligation for the Management Companies.
9. Period of validity:
Membership in the YESFUN® program, as well as ownership of the YESFUN® card, is for life, unless, for any reason, the YESFUNNER does not accumulate points for 12 consecutive months, in which case the account will be considered inactive and the points cancelled, or if the YESFUNNER decides to unsubscribe from the program.
In the event of losing the status of Member, the Member may register again, without the right to claim the points previously accumulated or any of the benefits that he or she may have obtained from his or her previous membership.
10. Account cancellation:
If they wish, YESFUNNERS may, at any time, unsubscribe from the loyalty program, thereby losing their Member status and, therefore, all the advantages and benefits associated with said status. Likewise, the right to claim previously accumulated points and any advantage that may have been obtained will also be lost.
To cancel, you must notify the Management Companies at hola@yesfun.app , indicating that you wish to unsubscribe from the program (or go in person to any of the YESFUN® Corners to request that one of our promoters unsubscribe from the program).
Voluntary cancellation of an account does not prevent the subsequent opening of a new account, always in accordance with the Conditions applicable to the program at any given time.
11. Loss or theft of card:
The Management Companies are not responsible for any damages or losses suffered by the cardholder in the event of loss or theft, or for any unauthorized use of the card. In any of these cases, the YESFUNNER must immediately notify the cardholder by email to the address hola@yesfun.app .
12. Personal data:
The Management Companies guarantee compliance with current regulations on Personal Data Protection and other implementing regulations.
Using the YESFUN® program registration form, YESFUNNERS must provide certain personal data necessary for their correct registration, as well as for participation in the promotions that are currently in effect. These data will be incorporated into a file jointly owned by all the companies that make up the Managing Companies, indicated in these Conditions.
Registration in the program requires acceptance of the privacy policy included in the registration form.

13. Non-compliance with conditions:
YESFUNNERS may only have one active account at a time, and the Management Companies reserve the right to delete any duplicate account of which they are aware. As a general rule, the account that is inactive or, failing that, the oldest one will be deleted. In any case, if the Management Companies detect fraud through the creation of multiple accounts, they reserve the right to delete the account(s) along with all accumulated points.
The Management Companies may make the necessary adjustments to a YESFUNNER’s points account in the event of a system failure or defect, operator or representative error, fraud, or if the cardholder does not use the card correctly or does not comply with the Conditions of this program.
14. Responsibility of the Management Companies:
The Managing Companies will not be responsible for the accumulation or exchange of points carried out fraudulently. Any fraudulent use of the program or the YESFUN® card or any use contrary to the conditions will be considered a breach by the Member, and the provisions of the previous point will apply.
The Management Companies may reject the application for membership in the YESFUN® program to any person who has previously breached the Conditions and/or has caused any type of damage or harm to the Management Companies.
15. Modifications/Cancellation of the program:
Given the dynamic nature of the program, Members assume that its characteristics, as well as its promotions, articles or gifts will be changing, and their availability will be subject to the collaboration agreements reached at any given time by the Managing Companies.
Likewise, the Management Companies reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, terminate or cancel the YESFUN® program or any of its Conditions, circumstances that, in any case, will be duly communicated to the YESFUNNERS.
16. Acceptance of the Conditions:
By requesting their card, the YESFUNNER confirms that they agree with the Conditions of the YESFUN® program, as well as with the criteria of the Management Companies regarding the resolution of any question or incident that may arise.
17. Conflict resolution:
These Conditions are governed by Spanish Law. The parties agree to be bound by the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
